“As the Monroeville Sports Center’s project architect, I personally worked closely with Mark Mavrodis and the entire MJM staff on this project. The Monroeville Sports Center was a complicated, fast track project. But, beyond fast tracking, the project was further complicated by the owner retaining several independent prime subcontractors (site contractor, paving contractor, pre-manufactured metal building shell contractor, mechanical contractor, sports flooring contractor, as well as work performed by the owner and their independent contractors) that MJM had to manage and control as the General Contractor. MJM did a great job as the General Contractor. I was impressed with how professionally they managed the project. MJM showed a real concern for the quality of construction.
